This project is heavy engineering: a four-level structure supporting 2,000 t of silos and conveyor galleries, with vibration-sensitive packing equipment on isolated decks. Every connection was modeled for dynamic loads, and fit-up tolerance was held to ±3 mm across 960 t of steel.
We fabricated in six batches to match the client's civil works schedule and sent two senior supervisors for the six-month erection period.
